An Italian cooked cream with a remarkably fresh cream flavor. This traditional Italian mix delivers a silky and smooth texture without the typical aftertaste of a commercially prepared mix. Very simple to prepare, you can be assured it will set and have the perfect creamy texture each time you prepare.
Culinary Application: Sweet or Savory - Let Your Culinary Imagination Run Wild!
Infuse with Matcha (pictured above) Vanilla Bean Paste (pictured above), fresh mint or pumpkin. Add your favorite cheese for a creamy savory treat.
- Pour 16 ounces of milk & 16 ounces of heavy cream into pan
- Add Nomad Vanilla Paste, Nomad Matcha, fruit, chocolate, Nomad Cocoa Powder, cheese, or flavored liquors (optional)
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly & add contents of pouch
- When mixture comes to a boil again, remove from heat
- Pour into serving dishes and chill in refrigerator until set
- Decorate the top (optional) - Serve cold & enjoy!

coconut oil, emulsifier: lactic acid esters of mono &
diglycerides of fatty acids, milk proteins, thickener,
carrageenan, corn starch, seasoning, and salt
