    . Living Wonders makes it easy to raise your very own painted lady butterflies. We ship 5 caterpillars (also known as larvae) and their food in a clear, self-contained cup so you can watch them develop. There is no food to mix, nothing to set up. The caterpillars simply eat the food supplied in the cup until they form a chrysalis. You then hang up the chrysalises in a habitat (not included). After 7 to 10 days, the adult butterflies will emerge hungry. Make sure you provide sugar water for the adults to eat. Caterpillars come with instructions.
    Note:
    Butterfly larvae are shipped via US Postal Service and can only be shipped within the continental United States (cannot ship to Hawaii). Expedited shipping is not available.
