    Open box in like new condition never ridden on, no scuffs on the wheels, brand new. Lights up! The only thing that is missing is the cover for the 3 batteries for the lights....this can easily be fashioned with a piece of plastic or just a small piece of plain ol’ duck tape...to keep the batteries in. See pictures. Batteries not included.
